Difficult shift patterns

I work for min wage, 39 hours per week, mon to fri. My shift cycle changes weekly, wk1 night shift - wk2 back shift - wk3 morning shift and so on. Is anyone else working the same shift? Is it normal to change this frequently? I find it difficult to get proper sleep, worried about health/nutrition and my quality of life is suffering. Hard to get involved in anything like clubs/sports with the shift changes. Anyone else in the same situation?
