My daughter has an AIB Visa credit card for some years now and has recently been automatically issued with a BofI Visa debit card as a replacement for her Laser. We are just wondering if there is much difference between these two cards or are they a duplication as such.
What we are mainly concerned with is if she uses the BofI Visa debit card to pay for items will it cover her to the same extent that the AIB Visa credit card will do if she has a problem where a company might go out of business for example.
