Didn't approve for mortgage...

We applied for mortgage, but they said, that they could approve my husband only,not me and he has to remove my name from buyer list.So other words, he will be only one legal buyer. So I have question-will I have any legal rights for this house or not? And what could you recommend in this case. Thank you for replies!

If you're legally married and its the family home and not an investment property then as far as I know it doesn't matter if you're named on the mortgage documents or not. The house is half yours!

does that mean that they wouldnt take your salary into consideration and therefore only approving one wage for the mortgage. Sorry if this is a nosy question, Im a married woman also and am curious.
