So out of boredom, decided to call AIB today expecting to get we're closed. Get the usual questions they force you to go through before saying "oh sure we're closed isn't that grand'.....but No, get to end and no we've lots of callers and I'm on hold..... God maybe they have telephone banking today or even a skeleton staff...... I figure after 33 minutes on hold someone forgot to put evening/weekend mode on.... this wouldn't even happen where I work........ Supposedly best bank in Ireland god help us.
