Did ACC Bank Ever Offer Tracker Mortgages?

Did ACC ever offer tracker mortgages.

I took out a loan with them some years ago and wonder should I have been offered one.
 
All non-mortgage loans approved by ACC were effectively trackers. However, no mortgages were approved as trackers. The Bank had a low mortgage profile and did not offer a tracker rate.
 
Thank you 44Brendan. I have an annuity home loan which was classified commercial when first drawn down. As I live at the address I am now protected by MARP. The payments were quite high back then and I was advised by family and friends to run a mile, just wish I'd listened.
 
"classified commercial"!! If you are on HL rate, the facility would have been drawn down as a HL initially. What rate are you on?
 
OK FR, so its not possible to assess whether you have a tracker or variable HL rate option at the end of the FR period.
ACC variable HL rate is currently 4.15. Check your loan documentation to assess whether you will revert to HL standard variable rate at the end of the FR term.
