diamond fell out of ring

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone could help me and let me know where I stand before I go back to jewellers. Just after realising that one of the diamonds is missing from my wedding band. The diamonds are inset into the band, like an eternity ring. Did not keep receipt but the ring is less than 2 years old. We got both wedding rings and engagement ring there.
Am I entìtled to the diamond being replaced?

My sister got a ruby ring last year and one of the rubies fell out. She went back to the jewellers and they replaced it. She probably did have the receipt but I would imagine, in your case, that they would have a record of the receipt they gave you. I think you definitely should go back.
