Hi,
Following on from the thread about what a buyer should offer on house asking 450K, I posted a question asking about new development prices. I thought it might be better to seperate my query out of the original thread.
Anyway I was asking if the EA has the house for offer at 560K and with it being a "buyers market at the moment" would you offer less than the asking price? I know that this is dependent on the development so to give you further info the development in question is Belamayne off the Malahide Road and they are asking 560K for a 4 bed end of terrace house, 2000 sq ft.
I was looking at these houses on the plans and they look nice. Had a drive around the existing houses/apts up there and it seems nice enough. I dont have any idea on what they are selling per week/month etc. as this info i have not found out yet.
So if these particular houses or even the most of the development was not selling how much lower than the asking price would you offer???
