Developer drops prices in Dunboyne Castle

Just noticed in the paper Menolly Homes have dropped the prices on apt's and houses in Dunboyne Castle.

Affordable housing prices:

2 Bedroom Apartments
€215,000 - €223,000
3 Bedroom Apartments
€260,000 - €268,000

Developer's reduced prices:

2 Bedroom Apartments
From €249,000 saving €76,000 on last years prices
3 Bedroom Apartments
From €285,000 saving €85,000 on last years prices

I wonder will Meath county council reduce the market value on these in line with the developers reductions?

It was in a property plus supplement with today's Irish independent, first two pages were Dunboyne Castle.

The won't redfuce the value but it affects the percentage clawback as Meath County Council have reduced the market value of the apartments.
