Details of a charge on a Site

I have a copy of a site folio in which I am interested on which there are details of a Charge/Mortgage held by Bank of Ireland on it.
Is it possible, other than going to BOI or site owner, to find out details of such charge i.e. in particular the amount of said charge??

are you 'interested' as in just curious or have you a legal/financial interest in it?

if the former, then there is no way of finding out.

if the latter, I presume your solicitor could find out as it would be on the deeds

Thanks for your reply - it's been a while since i posted the initial question! And yes I do very much have a legal/financial interest in the site.

If the charge is on an individual's personal property, only the bank or the property owner could let tell you how much is owed on it.

If the charge is on a company owned property, you might be able to tell from the company's accounts filed at CRO how much is owed on it.
