Detailed Steet map showing postal district boundaries

Does anyone know if there is a good detailled street level map available online that shows exactly where the Dublin postal code boundaries are.
I am particularly interested in identifying where the DUblin 6 & 6W boundaries start with Dublin 12, 14 & 16.
