i am dying for help and would really appreciate all ur answers.my question is we had a business as a sole trader and business was closed due to on going cases. we have already taken loans of 60,000 euros to pay to creditors so that they donttake us t court as we are not irish citizens. we have applied for naturalisation and it would be few months before we get it. now my question is if we have a case against us, how would it effect our application.
i am no more money to lend to rest of creditors. please advise
