Desk phone with speaker

I have now bought 2 phones with speaker ( for working from home on conferences etc), both speakers are very poor, one is too low, the other one is loud enough but has a lot of noise when you put up the volume.

I now really need a good speaker phone, and was wondering if anyone can recommend one. Shop assistants are no good, based on my experience so far, so I will not rely on them again.

I use a Panasonic Kx-TCD715E.....have had it for years....great for teleconferences....
