I have lived in the area for over ten years, its mostly quiet. There's a tarmac football area not far from Derravaragh Road on Neagh Road which sometimes has some late night drinkers (of the teenage variety), but that shouldnt affect you. Shops close by, Schools, library, Bushy Park... its a great place to live!
