Dept Enterprise timeframe for requesting repayment of Redundancy

We are a small company that are not in a position to pay our employee his redundancy & will be providing the department of proof of our inability to pay at present.Does anybody have any experience of dealing with the dept on the repayment timeframe ie how long will they give us to repay the 85% to them?

Just to point out that responsibility for Redundancy and Insolvency payments was transferred from Dept of Enterprise to Dept of Social Protection from January 2011.
