Deposits in National Irish Bank

My deposits (earning 3% gross) here are guaranteed by the Danish Government and not the Irish Government.

If Ireland leaves the Euro are my Euro's effectively going to be worth a lot less when this is announced and we take on our own currency. If that is the case surely I should be converting the deposits into another currency or moving the money abroad.

I'm confused as to what it means for my savings in NIB should we leave the Euro ?

I guess euros are euros, no matter where they are.
