I am considering buying out my siblings from the family home. I would need to raise mortgage to do this. would my share be considered the deposit /equity or would i still need a cash injection also? thanks All
Your share will satisfy the CBI rules (legislation is a maximum LTV rather than a deposit required).
Banks have their own underwriting criteria, but will be mainly around proving affordability.
