Deposit Back

Hi,

I'm a FTB and new to this site. I have placed a deposit on an existing house (no contracts signed) but I am starting to have doubts, probably rushed into it and not sure if I am ready to tie myself to a mortgage yet.

I was wondering would it be possible for me to get my deposit back if I did change my mind, or is there a chance that I would lose it if I pulled out.

(Apologies if this topic has been discussed elsewhere in the forum, I couldnt find it).

Yes - its refundable till the contracts are signed.
