Departure Tax

Just came across an interesting article about airline departure tax being abolished in Malta as the EU declared it was discrininatory. Now, I wonder if the same challenge could be made in Ireland??

The article also gives another example of our most famous entrepeneur, Michael O'Leary, making another dodgy few Euro !!

There's not going to be much of this budget left!

- Employment levy = Minimum wage U turn. (government still haven't worked out how this is going to be implemented.)
- Medical cards for over 70s = U turn
- Education cuts = Protests. No U turn yet...
- Home Choice Sub prime loans = Complaint to EU (see www.propertypin.com)
