Dental proceedure not covered by VHI -switch?

I am having a root canal treatment and its not covered by my VHI B Option plan. Even if I switch to VHIs dental plan a root canal wouldn't be covered for 12 mths!

Could anyone save me the trouble of calling the other companies and let me know if its possible to have it covered if I switch to another insurance provider? Thanks.

All insurance companies have exclusion periods for pre-existing conditions. TBH 12 months sounds short! Why would a company that you've only paid a small amount of money for pay out for an expensive procedure. It's hard enough to get money out of them for stuff that's covered!

Don't forget to claim your tax relief by filling out a med1. Only 20% but better in your pocket than the taxman's!
