Dental Charges - Root Canal and Crown

Hi Folks,
I have been quoted 1500 to 2000 Euro for root canal treatment and a crown on one of my front teeth, after I broke it last week.
Does anybody know if I went to the north of Ireland what I could expect to pay ?

Hi, I recently paid £100stg for a root canal only on a front tooth, which covered 2 45-min appointments.
(Though i may have got it cheap as the problem was misdiagnosed as dentine sensitivity for a while).

Have you considered Budapest?

A read thru these previous threads on AAM re. root canal etc. might give some advice.

Expect to pay in NI around £150 for a front tooth root canal and for a conventional crown from £300, this wil depend on complexity of treatment and type of crown you wish to go for, ie: all porcelain which looks the best or metal/porcelain. You may need a post which will put up the cost. Go to a dentist that offers you all the options not just a flat price, know what you are paying for. I recently had the same job carried out at 'bluapple' dental team in Belcoo, Fermanagh, excellent, efficient, modern, brand new practice. think they have a web site, worth a look.
