The Quality one was very pertinent in our job today when we were instructed in relation to the company's imminent ISO 9001 audit:
“If any question is not clear to you, ask the auditor to be more specific about what he or she wants. If you aren't sure of your answer – say "I am not certain" and refer the auditor to a manager or to QA.”
I loved that site. It got me through a lot of moments through my training contract. When politics got involved i used to flick on the Nepotism one.
