I recently changed from Yahoo to Hotmail and having problems in deleting incoming messages on the Hotmail account. When I press "delete" nothing happens. Any advice would be appreciated. I am a novice in this area
make sure the email you are trying to delete is highlighted (click the mouse pointer once on it, to highlight it) - should change to a darker colour, then press "delete". Alternatively there is a little box next to the email when you first log in, click the mouse pointer in that box, a little tick appears in the box, then click on "delete" at the top of the email browser (New .. Reply .. Delete.. Archive... are in the menu).
I'll have a look online to see if there is any "picture guide" for such...
