We were on a European flight with Brithish Airways (2 adults plus an infant) and all our luggage was delayed and arrived the following day.
We filed the missing luggage form, and after some discussions we were offered 70 pounds compensation (initially they said it is 35 per bag, then 35 per passenger, then that the infant doesn't count as it is only 10% of the price of the ticket)
Are they obliged to show us some regulations they have? According to the local BA office they don't have them, and never did have them. Any idea where can I check the exact terms? Thanks, S.
