Definitive Property Website?

Does anybody know of a property website that has affiliations with all estate agents.
I have been using www.myhome.ie but I'm not sure if this site shows all properties for sale in a given area.
Is there a site which will give a definitive list of all houses for sale in a given location?

www.daft.ie is fully independent, but doesn't necessarily have all the properties for sale

No one website will have all the estate agents on board. There are still some smaller ones who are still "going alone" - especially outside Dublin.

I believe propertynews.com now has more houses than myhome - still not all of them, though from what I can see from my own searches.

Best bet is too look at each of myhome, daft and propertynews - looks like you'll get 99.9% of the houses in an area that way
