Deferring payment on a loan

Hi,
I need to take out a loan for a college course that I really want to do (my sponsor pulled out last minute). The thing is I'll need to defer it for at least a year. Is this possible and if so where are the best rates?

Full time students are generally offered loans with deferred payment-suggest you go to a campus branch and suss it out directly.

I'm not a full time student. I finshed my degree two years ago and am currently in full time employment. I'm now going back part time.
I have mortgage etc so I'm just wondering is it still possible to get a deferred payment loan?
