D Des Pondent Registered User Messages 143 5 Feb 2024 #2 In case you are not aware of it, you need to request a deferral in writing. If it is rejected, you will get a decision letter to that effect. You then follow the appeals procedure here; https://www.hse.ie/eng/about/who/ap...t=If you wish to appeal,Act 2009( as amended).
