Defects In Apartment Finglas!

My partner bought apartment in a new development called Parkview Finglas (Off Jamestown Road) January 2008 and since then has come across countless problems such as (Leaks, Dampness, Sound, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and bad Finishing) within the apartment which could not be seen at first but over period of time have started to surface. Wondering has anyone else experienced any problems or heard anything in relation to the above. Be obliged for any replies. Thanking You!

If so you can write to Jeanette mair, construction house, canal rd. Dublin 6 with a list of your problems and your dealings with the builders. she helped me but my problem was not so widespread.

The builder is a reputable name but the problem lies with sub contractors it employed to Carry out the works. We are currently in the middle of taking high court proceeding against them, and are just seeking to hear if anyone has experienced some similar problems with in the development. Curious to hear from anyone else besides are neighbors.
