Declare district court case when selling house

Hi, I'm pretty sure it has to be done, but can someone confirm if a seller in Ireland has to declare if they brought their neighbour to district court over excessive/nuisance noise?
 
God, what a horrific story, that poor woman. They didn't go down any legal route though, just reported to the gardai, I was wondering more about if the situation ended up in the district court?
 
Does the addresss and case pop up in a Google search? Most people would Google an address they are interested in to see if there are any news stories about the previous occupants.
