Decided to sell - what now?

Having weighed up my options, the current economic climate, outlook for the propert market & my own financial situation I have decided to sell.

So how do I go about choosing estate agents, solicitors etc? and is there anything I that should bare in my mind that I possibly wouldn't think of?

I am based in the Limerick/Clare area I'd appreciate if anyone could make recommendations etc.

What are you selling PPR or investment property ?

Obviously there are quite a few estate agents in the area. From personal experience I can highly recommend John Phelan of Harry Brann & Co in Killaloe.
