Decent solicitor for buying a house

Hi All,

I plan to buy a house in the near future and was recently pre-approved for mortgage with BoI. Bank is now asking me to give them my solicitor's details.
Could you advise a reputable, decent and reasonably priced solicitor who you would have had a positive experience dealing with in the past.
 
Hi Casey, we have purchased 3 properties thru Murray Flynn Maguire Solicitors - their conveyancing office is in Fairview, Dublin 3.

Maria Cullen is the solicitor we dealt with on the last 2 purchases and on all occasions she has been extremely efficient, very approachable and will ensure that everything is in order prior to completion.

No connection to this firm other than being a very satisfied customer.
