Anyone had any good experience with any type of debt collection system for small amounts ranging from €100 - €1000. There appears to be no clear way for the legal collection of debt in this area as most debt collection agencies think its too small an amount and the costs of getting paid work out at more than you are owed.
I believe this is a serious issue in the economy but there does not appear to be an answer.
New small claims court section for business does not allow claims for debt. Surly this would benifit alot of business if you could use the service for claims for debt up to €2k
