Hi has any one any experience of a debt collection agency "Cash Flow Services". I am thinking of using them but was wondering if they are heavy handed.
if they are regulated (as they are required under law to be) they cannot be "heavy handed" they must follow strict procedure, so I wouldnt worry,unless of course you wish them to be so?
No thats definetly not my wish but i read where a lady whoose husband had died had received increasingly threatening letters but each time she called them she was informed they were computer generated (HER WORDS NOT MINE) being in arrears is bad enough but if undue pressure is brought to bear it can be hell
