my mom recently passed away sept 3rd this year . my sister was claiming to be excutor of her estate and also claimed to be her burial policy benificury , how ever as i further checked as seems were being handle strangly . she was no the excutor nor the burial poilcy benificuy, my brother was the one over that but he carried the balance to my sister and the two of them split it. my sister has changed all the locks on my moms home and pretty well taken any property that was of value . mom did have a hand written will but never had it wittnessed or notrize. before my moms death and even after my sister was handling all her banking and finaces , my mom had several credit cards she never used but up on checking they kept getting more and more purchases on them , as my sister had all her banking and credit card info and made on line accounts on every thing mom did finicially, my brother had talked to my sister and they had agreed to sell him moms home apraised by the state of alaba laurdale co at 48.600 he was gonna purchase it for 36.00 at his part 24.00 as a 3rd benificuary; if i agreed to this thinking every thing was fair, however after all thats went on down to my sister lies misaproating moms money and the two of them spliting her burial policy remainding balance, i did not agree and told my sister all id found out and thought they were trying to out n out beat me out of every thing, shes since sent me several mean emails ect . have the money the two of them do and barely make ends meet. can some one tell me what i need to do to asure moms estate is split equally as she stated in her un wittnessed un notrized last will and testament. im totally unfamiliar with the law on this isuue. and havent a clue what to do to prevent the two of them from taking all my mom wanted the 3 of us to have . im not real good on a computer so ill try and get back to this site and read your replys or if ya like you may email me any help on this matter you may can give me. breeze48552000@yahoo.com thank you all very much and Merry christmas
