De Dietrich Vs Waterford Stanley

I am kitting out a new kitchen at the moment and looking at all the options out there. seem to have some great stuff but is it a waste of money? Would I be better spending the cash on a range type cooker like Waterford Stanley

we got a waterford stanley installed in our house and i have to say that it is really more for show then for the amount of cooking it does but our one also acts as a boiler for our heating system. We have a gas cooker which is quicker and to use then heating up the stanley and also handy incase elec ever goes. when using the oven i prefare to use the stanley then the other oven just so it gets some use!!!!!!

I would certainly recommend De Dietrich because of the pyroclean self-cleaning oven. We have ours about 3 years now and it is excellent. There is nothing worse than having to clean a dirty, greasy oven. Have the hob as well and no probs with that so far either. Cleans quite easily too.
