B boaber Registered User Messages 493 29 Nov 2007 #1 Hi there My sister-in-law has a 02 Ford Focus and the dashboard broke yesterday. Absolutely everything doesn't work; speedo, fuel gage, lights... Is this a common problem with this model of Focus? Can it be easily resolved (DIY job), or is it a case that she should bring it to a garage? Thanks

F ford jedi Registered User Messages 255 29 Nov 2007 #2 they do give a little hassle but usually just power supply problems they are never completly goosed.
D Digger Registered User Messages 135 29 Nov 2007 #3 usually if power goes on them they do a reset where the dial will do a sweep and then return to 0. Get a haynes maual ,it will give a step by step on how to remove the dash.
