Danske Bank credit card

In May I paid €350 deposit on new furnitureeusing Danske Bank mastercard. I discovered on 17th Sept that company has now gone into administration and the bank have indicated that I may not get the deposit refunded as a time limit of 120 days applies. Anybody know of this happening in the past. Any advice

unfortunately only a verbal arrangement re expected delivery date from the store. No way of proving this, nothing in writing, thanks
