Dangerous socket position

There's a floating double socket under the kitchen sink pipes?
Is this considered dangerous?
If so what's the best fix - waterproof/outdoor double sockets instead?

This is not prohibited under wiring regulations, presumably intended for dishwasher/ water softener. I have a double socket under my own kitchen sink.
