damp repairs general quote?

Hi

This is a really general question. Does anyone have a rough idea of the price to treat a damp house? It's affecting the entire ground floor of a house we're going to view later this week in Dublin. We've got a budget for other refurb costs but this is the first place we've come across this problem. Even just a general idea would be helpful... is it a 20k job or a 100k job??

I don't think anyone will be able to give you the answer you're after without surveying the property.
