Hi all,
we were holidaying in Naples when we found a beautiful piece of furniture. My partner loved it, but we'd no way of getting it home. I slyly wrote down the shops details and mailed them when we returned. I got them to send my the antique through the post and was going to surprise my partner for her birthday tomorrow. I paid a premium rate for it to be delivered but when i open the box today the item was smashed to pieces.... FREAKED!!! So now i have a wrecked piece of furniture as a birthday present for her goodself...
Does anyone know if i have any come back at all in this scenario. I would love a replacement but how am i to guarentee that it will arive in one piece???? Thanks for any advice ib advance,
and wish me luck in the morning
