Dalriada - Any Progress with the Buses?

Am looking at getting a place in Dalriada but older posts have said the traffic is mental and the buses are a nightmare - has it improved since end of last year?

If Carlsberg made bus services....

No seriously, the bus terminus for the 74 and 74a is outside the door so you couldn't ask for a better service. The route the 74 takes (down towards the spar shop) is more busy. Winter rush hour you'll be into town in 50 - 65 minutes. Summer 25 - 35 minutes. I get it every day.

Also it looks like there is some major M50 interchange work beginning to go on on the Ballycullen exit so that should improve things again.

The bus service is actually quite good now , never any problem getting sitting. The traffic situation has also improved - on rainy days there can be a delay but that no different to anywhere else really.

No, no struggle to get a seat. I'd say approx 5-20 perople get on at Stocking Avenue, depending on the time.

New bus service is great bus every 15 mins you are at the terminus so no struggle to get a seat!! Traffic has also improved since they opened up Stocking lane as well.
