I have been collecting tokens for a DVD offer in the Daily Mail, which ended yesterday.
I need 16, I only have 15. I cannot see a contact phone number to ask if I can just send the 15, and I'm wondering if anybody knows how these things work.
Is there an army of people emptying these envelopes and counting every token, or is it assumed that nobody would have the audacity to send in an incorrect amount and the DVDs are dispatched automatically? Is there another way they could be checked? There is no barcode on these tokens.
