DOes anyone know of any irish selling agents that they can recommend for residential property in the czech repblic?
 
Why czech? Are you buying or selling? What's the prices like- has about 1/4 GDP of Ireland and about 10mln of a population. I know it's not rel to your thread but just curious?
 
I know nothing about the country.

Was just looking to get an idea fo teh price of property.

I do believe that there is high gearing available to foreigners though (I've been told 90% is available).
Was just looking to see if there are any develoments in good locations available off plan.

Have also read positive stuff about the market supposedly coming back to life again oiver there.

That said - I don't know the first thing about the country.
As i say - just waned to do a bit of window shopping !
 


Growth's slowing to around 10% a year. Went up a lot these last few years.

I think Prague is possibly overpriced but Brno looks a good bet.

Think prices are around 75% of Prague's and yield's of up to 8-9% are achievable from what I hear.
