Cut hours to no hours

I've been with the same employer for 4 years and the number of days i work can vary, seasonally. For the last 4 months i've only been working 1/2 days per week and claiming for the others. My credits are nearly up and i've just found out i've only a week left and its no job. Will this be a new application for me when i get my p45 and go back to a years credits again, If I'm means tested I'll get nothing as dh is working.

No it will be a continuation of your current claim.
 
You may re-qualify for Jobseekers Benefit after your current claim exhausts. YOu will need to have 13 stamps made after day 156 of your current claim for this to apply. YOu will also need to have suffered a "substantial loss of employment", ie lost at least one day's employment and suffered a loss of earnings.

If your normal level of employment for the last while has been 1/2 day (they will count that as 1 day), then if you drop to 0 days, you can claim for every week that you are fully unemployed, you will lose all your payment for every week where you work 1 day or more.
