Just looking for some information regarding customs. My laptop battery which i have purchased from Hong Kong has been sent to Irish customs.what happens now?will i have to pay VAT customs duty etc or....will they contact me?
Thats routine , they'll probably just clear it.
At worst they will put duty on it which you will pay to the courier on delivery. The courier usually calls before delivery to advise you of this.
