JL- Yes, I read something like that in the Irish Independant newspaper. The draconian attitude disgusts me. What are they going to do, search everyone?

With any luck it will be completely unenforceable. I hope that these people will sucessfully escape the oppresive Irish tax regime.
 
Customs - Risk Management Assessment

In fairness to customs they keep repeating that their approach is based on a Risk Management Assessment. They have limited resources and are going to bring those resources to bear on the areas which present the biggest risk of revenue loss (or drugs interdiction) to the state.
