Customer Service Holding Times

currently on hold to SKY customer service for 35 minutes so far. I have no doubt that when i finally get through to someone they will have to put me through to another department & it will start all over again! I am SO annoyed.

Is that still a UK number you have to ring?

I was on hold with NTL for 90 minutes. I was to stuborn to hang up........
