Hi I have black out blinds on a velux window in bedroom. However I also would like curtains because there is still a certain amount of light getting in. Does anybody know of such curtains for velux windows and if so could you please provide details

I'd guess what you have are not genuine velux blinds.

I have three, they are expensive but are 100% blackout.

They are supposed to be 100% blackout so they must be installed incorrectly then?
Any suggestions-Blinds guys I got them off have gone bust

I doubt they have them considering velux windows are on a slant of a roof, so they would just hang, I would say a diy job of two pieces of cord attached top and bottom to hooks either side of the velux windows and slide a bit of fabric along each end.

I have 4 velux with blackout and they are 100% blackout. The VELUX brand are not overly expensive. Might be only slightly more expensive (and vastly better looking) than a DIY curtain job.

I have Velux blackout blinds and they are also totally effective. I installed them myself. Curtains won't work very well and will leave in a lot more light than a badly fitting blind IMO.
