currently on JB for 3 day wk, have now been made redudant?

I am currently claiming JB as I was reduced to a 3 day week last May. I have now been told I have to take 2 months redundancy. After the two months redundancy they are taking me back on a 3 day week.
My question is; do I just continue to fill out the yellow work slips, but instead of marking off on 3 days I fill it out for the 5 days? Or do I have to go in and tell them of the changes to my working week personally?

Go in and explain the situation and if you can get a letter from your employer to confirm the new arrangements....bring that with you.
