Does anyone know what the story is with the market in warsaw these days?

I bought a place there 2 years ago and am trying to flog it before completion.

Anyone on the ground know how the market is weathering the current storm?
 
I have a flat in Warsaw.

Like everywhere it aint looking good.

Oversupply of flats. You may struggle as the developers are offering enticing deals to sell off undersold flats.

Why sell? The long term fundamentals of Poland and Warsaw are excellent. I have no intention of selling for at least 10 years.
