Current best deposit term deposit rates?

The key posts info in this area seems a little out of date - or am I missing it somewhere else? Trying to save myself the leg work of checking out institutions myself - if anyone else has done this recently they might like to share the info. Thanks.
 
Laila, do you have a particular product in mind when making this comment?

Checking the rates again (last done on 3rd Jan) only the Anglo-Irish 4 and 5 year term rates have changed.

I've also updated the link to the AIB Special Term account which now has 3 and 5 year terms instead of the old 18 months and 3 year terms.
 
What best buys list are you looking at? The Financial Best Buys forum lists are up to date.
